The Managing Director & founder of the business Graham Pyle, was possibly the first UK estate agent to recognise the potential of the Florida property market involving British buyers; in the 1980’s he introduced an extensive UK marketing programme with numerous public information seminars detailing the virtues of Florida real estate taking place throughout the UK and Europe.

Graham sold his chain of UK estate agent offices to the Abbey National in order to concentrate on his overseas property business, which was retained from the sale and nowadays he and his son Simon spearhead the Countryside International sales & marketing team.
